Made to order
Everything in the shop is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — each piece is made once you order it. That keeps the catalog wide and the waste low, and it means there's a production window before anything ships.
Production & dispatch
Allow for a production window before your order leaves the shop. It depends on how the piece is made:
- Printed pieces (direct-to-garment): about 5–7 business days to produce.
- Embroidered or labeled pieces: about 7–10 business days to produce — the stitching and woven labels take longer, and we'd rather get them right.
Carrier transit is added on top of production, and varies by destination — roughly 1–5 business days within the US, and up to 2–3 weeks internationally. Your first order may take slightly longer while we review the artwork files; repeat orders skip that step.
You'll get a shipping notification with tracking the moment your order is dispatched.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions required by law — we can't ship to countries under current trade sanctions. If checkout won't accept your address, that's why.
Customs & duties (international orders)
Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to import VAT, duties, or customs fees charged by your country on delivery. Those charges are set by your local customs authority, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility. We can't predict or cover them. If you're ordering from the EU, UK, Australia, or elsewhere abroad, factor that in.
